Chris, a partner in Reed Smith’s Insurance Recovery Group, represents corporate, commercial, and individual policyholders in insurance recovery litigation in Florida and throughout the United States. He has successfully litigated and negotiated hundreds of insurance disputes with all major U.S. insurers and the London market. Chris’ insurance coverage practice includes contractual and extra-contractual (unfair claims practices) disputes under commercial and high-end residential property, directors and officers, errors and omissions, employer practices liability, and commercial general liability policies on behalf of clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, private equity, real estate development, construction, transportation, food and beverage, entertainment/media, and others.
