Christopher G Smith

Chris Smith counsels clients on business strategy and risk management matters. He manages large multi-party and multi-jurisdiction projects, mission-critical projects, and works on public policy issues affecting the business/legal climate. He has significant trial experience in business disputes, trade secrets, licensing and other intellectual property matters. He serves on the Executive Committee of the NC Chamber, on the Board of the NC Chamber Legal Institute, on the firm's Management Committee and co-chairs the firm's Business Litigation Team.
