Chris Smith counsels clients on business strategy and risk management matters. He manages large multi-party and multi-jurisdiction projects, mission-critical projects, and works on public policy issues affecting the business/legal climate. He has significant trial experience in business disputes, trade secrets, licensing and other intellectual property matters. He is the Chairman of the NC Chamber Legal Institute, a member of the Board of Directors, M&F Bank (Durham, NC), and co-chairs the firm's Business Litigation Team.
