Christian Brose

Christian Brose has more than 20 years of experience representing large financial institutions in structuring and negotiating syndicated and bilateral loan transactions across a broad variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on environmental services and food and beverage companies. In addition to his more traditional banking and finance practice, Christian devotes a significant amount of his time to representing institutional investors and alternative lenders in connection with junior capital financings, including mezzanine, second-lien and holdco financings. He also represents select private equity groups with respect to funding the acquisition and ongoing working capital requirements of their portfolio companies.
