Cecilia provides comprehensive advice to local and international clients in retail, mining, oil & gas, aviation, real estate, energy and industry sectors, including general planning and labour policy design, complex cases related to collective bargaining, dealing with trade unions, conflict resolution and defending clients in judicial and administrative proceedings.

She provides advice on recruitment of national and foreign personnel, obtaining immigration status, conducting legal compliance audits regarding occupational health and safety matters, prevention of damages, in Labour Inspections and the development of mandatory internal policies (such as sexual harassment).
