Giancarlo Villafranqui

Infrastructure and Projects, Public and Administrative Law.

Giancarlo has more than 15 years of experience in projects and infrastructure including advice on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Projects over Assets, Works for Tax Deductions and promotion and development of investment projects.

He is co-head of the Infrastructure and Projects area and provides legal advice to private companies, public entities and international organizations in topics and areas of his specialty and in the design, bid process and execution of private and / or public investment projects and other forms of collaboration between public entities and private agents, as appropriate.

Formerly, Giancarlo led technical, financial and legal teams as Project Manager at the Peruvian Private Investment Promotion Agency (PROINVERSION); and was executive in the National Fund for the Financing of State Business Activity (FONAFE), a Peruvian State Holding Company attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

He participates as lecturer in various local and international events.
