    • Assisted a Chilean power transmission company in the acquisition of energy related Peruvian Subsidiaries
    • Advice to CAF and DEG in the renegotiation of the terms and conditions of La Virgen project finance
    • Advised Chilean private fund in granting loans and refinancing its portfolio in Peru
    • Advised in the structuring an international bond issue for Petrotal Corp. (Canada) whose principal activities are located at Block 95 (Peruvian jungle)

    Dispute Resolution / International Arbitration:

    • Advising the main copper mining company in Peru in a dispute with a Peasant Community for social claims and damages for USD 454 million
    • Advising a leading international oil & gas company in an international arbitraltion before ICSID

    Environmental:

    • Advice to Kimberly & Clark and Arca Continental in environmental consulting, legal compliance evaluations
    • Advises AB InBEV with the firm's GEORGE Legal Tech service (legal compliance management system)

    Employment:

    • Represent Petrex, a subsidiary company of SAIPEM, in a package of more than 500 judicial processes
    • Advised multiple clients in diverse sectors in the implementation of new regulation issued to face the pandemic effects

    Mining:

    • Advising Macusani Yellowcake (Plateau Energy Metals) in the defense of 32 mining titles against forfeiture attempted by Peruvian authorities
    • Advising Osisko Gold Royalties in a cross-border strategic partnership with Regulus Resources Inc

    Oil & Gas, Electricity:

    • Advising International companies on diverse claims in current and potential international arbitrations, including claims against the Peruvian Government at the ICSID
    • Advising PETROPERU on the negotiation with O&G Agency (Perupetro) regarding the acquisition of the on-shore exploitation contract of Block 192 (Peru’s highest oil-producing block)
    • Advising Luz del Sur (owned by China Yangtze Power Co.) in the procedure to approve their Investment Plan in Transmission

    Projects & Infrastructure:

    • CMS Latam has managed to win a master agreement with a multilateral institution to work on various projects in the next 2 years
    • Advised International Mining Company on the execution phase of projects filed under the Public Works for Tax Deduction mechanism

    Public Law / TMC:

    • Advising regularly GE in public procurement matters, from public bids up to the defense in administrative arbitration
    • Advising top telecom companies in their sanctioning administrative procedures before OSIPTEL

    Real Estate:

    • Provias Nacional (government agency in charge of managing the national road network) awarded CMS Grau the contract for advice on technical and legal support for the acquisition of properties related to five major infrastructure road projects
    • Advising investment funds in the preparation, negotiation, modification and subscription of lease contracts for multiple purposes

    Tax:

    • Advised ISA in the purchase of Orazul Energy Group in Peru for USD 158.5 million
