Carolina advises national and foreign clients in the development, planning, negotiation, execution and implementation of real estate projects for housing, hotels, commercial and retail, such as shopping centers, supermarkets, department stores, home centers, among others.

Carolina has acquired local and international recognition given her 15 years of experience advising on real estate projects, with an impressive track record of leading Falabella Group (group that manages retail, hypermarket, home improvement stores) in its expansion in Peru (currently more than 300 stores nationwide). She has also experience in the development of housing projects, strip malls, office buildings and other urban projects, having advised in the recent years more than 180 projects involving more than USD 7000 million of investment.

She has as main clients retail companies, real estate investment funds, real estate companies, agricultural companies, hotel companies, among others.
