He advises local and foreign clients, including multilateral and development banks, financial institutions and investment funds.
Miguel has important experience in dealing with complex international transactions involving collateral structures and financing. He led several project-finance as well as M&A deals regarding mining, gas and Hydro-electric projects and has broad experience in corporate conflicts. He also advises cases dealing with distressed assets.
Formerly, Miguel was senior attorney at La Fiduciaria S.A (Peruvian leading company on trust management).
