CMS Grau´s Real Estate team advises companies dedicated to the development of hydroelectric, mining, hydrocarbon, agricultural, infrastructure and real-estate projects. 

We render legal advice for real estate and urban projects comprising from the study of property titles to the drafting and negotiation of contractual aspects  regarding surface, usufruct, leasing, purchase, option, concession, and administration and guaranty trusts. We have a  cross-disciplinary team of engineers, geographers and community coordinators specialized on the negotiation, acquisition and comprehensive restructuring of real estate properties.

As part of real estate property research, we have identified lands for agricultural purposes, with optimal conditions for housing and diverse investments projects. 

We have developed large scale of property rights studies for projects such as highways, agriculture, hydroelectric and aeolian plants, mining, and tube installations, among others, and for the implementation of commercial and housing projects including all the permiting required.

As part of the negotiation and land purchase, we have participated in the acquisition of  private and communal land; in the negotiation of easement rights for the installation of electric transmission lines and transportation tubes and of state-owned lands.
