She has a broad range of experience in matters including insolvency (both personal and corporate), company and partnership, directors disqualification, professional negligence, banking, mortgage, guarantees and recovery of assets, trusts, contractual disputes and sale of goods.
She regularly appears in the High Court and at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal; she also undertakes Arbitrations.

Her reported cases include her success before the Court of Appeal in the Second Appeal in Yang v Official Receiver & Ors [2017] EWCA Civ 1465, clarifying a significant area of personal insolvency law on which there was no existing authority, and Allsop v Banner Jones Ltd (t/a Banner Jones Solicitors) [2021] EWCA Civ 7, clarifying the proper application of the Phosphate Sewage Test.
