His areas of expertise include close-out netting rights under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, the Securities Investor Protection Act, and a variety of other insolvency regimes; derivatives and securities regulatory matters; the Uniform Commercial Code; and the application of regulatory, commercial law, and bankruptcy rules to digital assets.
