Błażej Zagórski, an attorney-at-law, is a Partner in the Corporate / M&A practice at CMS.

Błażej specialises in commercial, corporate and civil law. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity/venture capital transactions and restructuring projects. He has extensive background in advising clients from the energy, industry, TMT and consumer products sectors.

His experience also includes leading several take-over transactions of foreign companies, as well as cross-border mergers of Polish and foreign entities.

He also advises on corporate governance and maintenance issues. Błażej is one of the co-authors of “Handbuch der Europäischen Aktiengesellschaft” (“Handbook on the European company (SE)”).
