Ben Zillmann

Ben is an expert in native title and energy and resources. He advises the world's leading resources companies and government on native title matters. He has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of a number of native title agreements and cultural heritage management plans for significant resources and infrastructure projects, and has represented clients successfully in several native title disputes. Ben acted in the first contested access agreement determined by the Queensland Land and Resources Tribunal and the first use of special powers to acquire native title for a large infrastructure project.
