Ben specialises in brain and spinal cord injury claims, including accidents abroad. He advises on high-value personal injury claims, particularly brain and spinal cord injuries, including claims with an international element. He has experience of equestrian cases, as well as burn and amputation injuries. His highlights include achieving multimillion pound settlements resulting from a range of types of accidents, including road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
Ben previously worked for Armstrong Foulkes in Middlesbrough before joining Stewarts in 2004. He was made an associate in 2005 and a partner in 2006.
Ben is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is a founding assessor for their brain and spinal cord injury panels.
