Bartolomé Sánchez

Counsel. He is an expert in advising on tax and legal matters in the sports and entertainment industry. His area of specialty covers the taxation of professional sportspeople and artists, the protection and use of their image rights, and the legal aspects of their contracts and sponsorships. His clients include national and international elite sportspeople, as well as sports entities, agencies, federations and championship organizers in all areas. In the audiovisual field, he advises producers and private investors on the taxation of financing structures and the legal aspects of the productions.

Bartolomé actively participates in specialized courses and seminars, and regularly collaborates with the Centro de Estudios Financieros giving talks on taxation in the sports and entertainment industry.
