Arrigo Arrigoni

Arrigo focuses his practice on the development, financing and acquisition of infrastructures and renewable energies projects. In particular, he gained significant experience in relation to the contractual aspects connected with the development of projects in such fields, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of their financing through project financing schemes. He has provided assistance in connection with the development and financing of some of the most important energy infrastructures and renewable energies projects at the national and European level. He has also assisted some leading companies in the energy market in relation to, amongst others, power and gas trading and related regulatory and contractual matters.

He graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara and he is a member of the Italian Bar.
