Anna Manda

She leads the firm's Competition, Pharma and TMT departments and has been and is regularly involved in some of the most significant transactions in these fields in Greece. She also routinely advises clients on complex M&A, debt and equity transactions including major debt restructurings.

She joined Karatzas & Partners in 2000 and became a Partner in 2004.

Member of the Athens Bar.

National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LLB), Kings College, University of London (MA in Advanced European Legal Studies, research assistant, European Law). She is fluent in Greek and English and has a working knowledge of French and Italian.
