Dionysis is a specialist in all types of financing arrangements, securitisations and bond issues. He has been with the Firm since 2004 and has extensive experience in advising on the sale and servicing of non-performing secured and unsecured loans and cards portfolios, and the licensing and operation of servicing platforms. He is a visiting professor at Athens University and teaches on the legislative framework for NPLs on the Internal Training Programme at a Greek systemic credit institution. He is a member of the Bank of Greece and Hellenic Capital Markets Commission’s Examination Committee for the provision of investment services certification under Law 4514/2018 (MiFID II).
