Our firm advised PRODEA Investments in the acquisition of an additional 55% stake in MHV GROUP, a leading hospitality platform in the Mediterranean, for a total consideration of €254 million.

Our team comprised Partner Vassiliki Salaka, Senior Associate Athena Economou and trainee lawyer Michalis Chatzakis for corporate, commercial and real estate law matters, and Partner Anna Manda, Senior Associate Maria Kallidopoulou and Associate Maria-Christina Raptopoulou for competition law matters.
