Our firm advised BESPOKE SGA HOLDINGS S.A. in obtaining merger control clearance from the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) for the acquisition of sole control over ION S.A. Cocoa & Chocolate Manufacturing and Trade and KOTSIOPOULOI J. BROS S.A.
The concentration, which relates to the markets of chocolate products and cocoa powder was cleared unconditionally by the HCC on June 27, 2022.
