Anna Dąbrowska co-heads the Polish Corporate/M&A team. Anna specialises in local and international acquisitions and divestments in a variety of economic sectors including manufacturing, private equity, FMCG and technology. She also assists clients on a daily basis in corporate matters, such as mergers, divisions and reorganisations.

Professional Memberships

Anna is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising).

Anna is very active in the IBA holding functions of officer of the Advisory Board of the European Regional Forum in the IBA, officer on the Professional Ethics Committee and serving as a Commissioner in the IBA Future of Legal Services Commission. She is also the Co-Chair of the Polish Chapter of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association and a Membership Officer in that same section.
