Andrew is a Partner in the firm's global Finance & Capital Markets group and is based in Ireland. He advises on a broad range of finance & debt capital markets transactions with a particular focus on securitisation, ABS, CMBS, CLOs, CRT & SRT, ECP, ILS and other structured products, structured credit and fund finance solutions. In addition, Andrew regularly acts for hedge fund managers, private equity outfits, credit opportunity funds and other market participants with respect to establishing bespoke, tax efficient cross-border platforms for their investment, leveraging and thru-bound activity structured through Ireland.
