Andrew is a senior member of the procurement and construction team, helping registered providers, local authorities, arms-length management organisations and buying clubs with all aspects of procurement, maintenance and improvement contracts and related arrangements, including governance structures.

Andrew also advises on the construction and procurement aspects of new build including with modern methods of construction.
