Andrew is a partner in the property team specialising in property development and stock transfer for housing associations. In the early part of his career, Andrew dealt with site acquisition and disposals for a major national housebuilder and applied that knowledge acting for housing associations. With 40 years experience acting for registered providers, guides clients through acquisitions from start to finish, setting up the site properly to sell and raise finance. He has also led and completed 12 housing stock transfers.
