Andrea Lara

Andrea Lara is an attorney specialized in corporate law, particularly in M&A, mercantile transactions, finance and leading management teams in several national and foreign corporations. She leads the advisory and assistance teams on financing, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence process and closing of contracts and guarantees between national and foreign corporations in the execution of projects.

Within the private sector, she has worked as an in-house lawyer for companies in the health equipment provision, telecommunications, and real estate sectors, among others. She has provided her professional contingent as General Representative of many Government providers, including many Israeli telecommunications and equipment companies in national security projects, investment managers in construction of emblematic projects, oil industry and strategic sectors.

She has advised clients in all branches of industry and corporate matters, complex negotiation in private and public procurement processes, including processes classified as reserved for the country's internal and external security, as well as in contracting projects that have international financing from multilaterals, international organizations or with government-to-government credits.
