Amador Rodríguez

Associate. Mr. Rodríguez specializes in national and crossborder M&A – venture capital transactions, advising funds and venture capital companies on investment and disinvestment, as well as on joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He also advises Spanish and multinational companies (including fund managers and VCs) on several aspects of corporate law, as well as on contractual and commercial issues.

Mr. Rodríguez is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He also serves regularly as vice-secretary non-director on companies’ boards of directors.
