Allison Tanner

Advises employers on the legal aspects of employee benefit and executive compensation matters arising under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Allie counsels a variety of public and private companies with respect to required disclosure of compensation-related information, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements and other benefit programs. She also assists with a variety of interdisciplinary practice areas that are affected by employee benefits and executive compensation laws.
