Alice Maloney

Alice is a Partner in the Construction and Engineering team. Her practice involves the resolution and avoidance of large scale and complex infrastructure, energy and general construction/engineering disputes.

Alice has experience of all forms of dispute resolution and ADR and regularly provides project advisory support to clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Alice's recent experience includes leading two large scale international arbitrations relating to energy projects, advising on a series of multi-million pound disputes arising out of key gas infrastructure works, successfully defending court proceedings commenced against an energy client and providing project advisory support to a project relating to the construction of multiple power plants in Europe.

Alice is recognised in the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner and is described by her clients as "technically extremely able, very personable" and "in the top few of our go-to people for contentious construction work.
