Work Highlights

  • Eversheds Sutherland advised Network Rail regarding contracts for the Midland Rail Hub alliance contract, a £1.5 billion project for new and improved railway infrastructure across the Midlands. This involved the creation and agreement of a multi-party contract using the industry standard form NEC4 Alliance Contract.
