Our team advises clients across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contracting to delivery, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Our practice is particularly active in infrastructure, energy, transport, and real estate, and is involved in many of the UK’s most significant infrastructure developments. We have deep experience in standard and bespoke contracts, including NEC and, FIDIC, standard forms, and regularly support clients on complex, cross-border matters.

Our team’s international arbitration practice continues to expand, with growing activity in ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL proceedings. Clients value our team’s ability to combine technical precision with commercial insight, helping to manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently across jurisdictions.

  • Eversheds Sutherland advised Network Rail regarding contracts for the Midland Rail Hub alliance contract, a £1.5 billion project for new and improved railway infrastructure across the Midlands. This involved the creation and agreement of a multi-party contract using the industry standard form NEC4 Alliance Contract.
