Counsel for the state on leave of absence; expert in public law and judicial reviews, defending and strategically advising private companies and public-sector entities on matters and lawsuits of an administrative nature.. His expertise extends to areas such as maritime-land public domain, ports, transport, tourism, and the audiovisual and entertainment sector. Additionally, he advises private-sector clients on matters such as the regime for exports and imports affected by international penalties, direct foreign investment control in Spain, and public subsidies, particularly those funded with European structural and Next Generation EU funds.

He lectures on the executive training programs at IESE Business School and on administrative law at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and speaks regularly at seminars.

He is the author of articles on different areas of public law.
