Alban Caillemer du Ferrage co-chairs Jones Day's global Financial Markets Practice. His practice expands over a broad range of complex financial transactions, litigations and regulatory issues. He also regularly advises clients of the Firm on distressed and restructuring matters. Alban has been acting as French counsel to major market makers associations (ISDA, ICMA, SIFMA, FBF or the German banking Federation) for many years. He is a Professor at the College of Law of Paris 2 (Assas) and a member of the Legal high committee for financial markets of Paris (HCJP).
