Adam practises in all areas of statutory and contractual employment law, including complex discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and employee competition cases. He also assists with internal processes, such as disciplinary and grievance investigations, disciplinary hearings, and appeal hearings.
Adam has extensive experience as sole counsel against silks and senior juniors in lengthy trials, remedy hearings, costs hearings and appeals. He also appears led in High Court and appellate matters.
He often advises on merits at an early stage and assists with pre-action / without-prejudice correspondence and evidence-gathering, drawing upon his commercial background.
