Practice Areas
Elizabeth is an employment law barrister of over 20 years’ experience. Her practice now focuses on conducting complex investigations within the workplace, across a range of sectors including Education, Charities, the Arts, Sport, Politics, Business & Finance and Legal. She works for some of the leading organizations in these sectors, investigating both current and historic issues including allegations of bullying, harassment, discrimination and other misconduct. Her work has involved allegations prompted by the #metoo and Black Lives Matter movements. Elizabeth also sits as a Chair of internal grievance and disciplinary panels, is a qualified workplace mediator and conducts workplace training (both group and individual).
Career
MA Oxon French and History. Called to the Bar 1994. Spent two years at City law firm Simmons & Simmons between 1996-97 before returning to the Bar.

Personal
Alongside her legal practice Elizabeth recently completed five years of academic training in analytical psychology. She brings her deep knowledge of human psychology to bear in all aspects of her work.
