Bella has a broad and successful practice in clinical negligence and clinical regulatory work. She also has a background in employment law during her early career and also undertakes personal injury work. Bella has a thriving practice in high value and highly complex litigation, with a particular reputation in delayed cancer diagnosis claims and birth defects. She gives regular seminars in these areas and is known for her professional, detailed, tactical but compassionate approach when representing both Claimants and Defendants, which she does in equal measure. She is tenacious in fighting her clients’ corner. Her disciplinary practice involves representing practitioners and professional bodies in a range of conduct and capability proceedings.
