Aaron Murdock

Aaron Murdock is the managing partner of Mayer Brown’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice. Aaron provides strategic counsel to technology companies, emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and private funds.

Aaron handles a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including entity formation and structuring, corporate governance, private equity and debt financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Aaron also works with private investment fund managers and investors in the formation and operation of alternative investment funds, including hedge, venture capital, private equity and real estate funds.
