Aaron J. Meyers

Aaron J. Meyers is Co-Leader of Cleary Gottlieb’s Energy, Industrials & Mining Group. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate governance matters. Aaron has significant experience advising corporate clients in connection with divestitures, joint ventures and other complex corporate and financial transactions across a range of industry verticals, with a particular focus on the mining and energy sectors.
