Zoe Richardson

Zoe is a Partner in our Public and Regulatory Department and advises clients across a range of sectors including the areas of complaints/discipline/fitness to practise, investigation and enforcement, registration/licensing and corporate governance. Zoe manages a team of solicitors that specialise in the management of complaints made to professional regulation bodies and provides strategic advices to clients in respect of all elements of the investigation, preparation and presentation of cases for hearing.

Zoe is an experienced litigator and regularly advises clients in respect of Superior Court litigation, including judicial review, statutory appeals, emergency suspension applications, applications for freezing orders and statutory injunction applications.
