Partner Feilim O’Caoimh has 25 years’ experience as a commercial solicitor specialising in renewable energy. Feilim, who joined Fieldfisher in 2008, has extensive expertise advising renewable energy industry participants on project finance and construction, regulatory issues, joint ventures, fundraising and project sales and acquisitions. Feilim also advises biomass and anaerobic digestion producers on project finance and construction contracts.

Feilim is well respected in the renewable energy sector and has an extensive contact base. He was previously a Council Member of the Irish Wind Energy Association from 2003 to 2020 and sat on its Governance Committee.
