He regularly advises clients on breach of contract issues, shareholder disputes, construction losses, specific performance litigation, professional indemnity claims, judicial review applications and procurement law issues.
Killian also specialises in managing casualty and professional negligence claims on behalf of domestic, London market and international insurers. Killian has significant experience in High Court and Commercial Court insurance litigation.
