Elaine, who previously worked in-house in a large and well-known renewable energy development company and on the renewable energy team in a large Dublin law firm, advises on all aspects of the development of renewable energy projects from legal matters pertaining to the planning phase, the construction phase and the operational phase.

Specifically, Elaine carries out detailed due diligence processes for funders and purchasers of renewable energy projects, advises developers on the sale of renewable energy projects and on all regulatory matters relating to renewable energy.

Elaine advises some of Ireland's largest renewable energy developers on all aspects of their energy businesses.
