1. Represented CPT Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. in a contract dispute against Chunghwa Picture Tubes (Bermuda) Ltd., Tatung Company, and Chunghwa Picture Tubes, Ltd. Involving a subject matter exceeding RMB 3 billion, this was historically the largest first-instance case accepted by the Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court. We secured a favorable effective judgment for the client. Given the substantial amount involved, the case has a material impact on the operating status of the listed company.

2. Represented Wuhan Zhengtong United Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. in the second instance of a contract dispute against Ningbo Yuchen Fengze Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other entities. Involving a subject matter exceeding RMB 500 million, we successfully achieved a reversal of the original judgment at the appellate stage, securing a highly satisfactory outcome for the client.

3. Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("Fuyao Group"): Founded in 1987, Fuyao is a large multinational enterprise specializing in automotive safety glass and industrial technical glass, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (600660) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange (3606), forming an "A+H" dual-listing structure. Attorney Yao leads the team providing comprehensive legal services to Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd., supporting its domestic and global operations.

4. The Intentional Homicide Case of Miao Xinhua: This was a major, complex, and sensitive case that attracted significant public attention.
