Mr. Cheng has involved in more than 60 antidumping and countervailing cases against the products from steel to chemicals and economies as diverse as China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan Region, Russia, Brazil, New Zealand, the United States and the European Union. His clients include a lot of multinational enterprises, such as Mitsui Chemicals, Mitsubishi Chemicals, Sumitomo Chemicals, JFE, LG Chem, BASF, Bayer, DSM, ExxonMobil, Evonik, Daimler, Nissan and Eastman, etc.

Mr. Cheng represents exporters and governments in international trade disputes between China and the United States, the European Union, etc. Mr. Cheng is recognized as an antidumping expert in China and frequently advised China’s government as an outside counsel for the trade law legislation, especially the implementation rules of the trade remedy.
