Ms. Mu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the National School of Development at Peking University. She previously served in the civil and commercial trial division of the Beijing Intermediate People's Court, where she presided over or participated in cases covering finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, equity, financial leasing, commercial sales, and judicial review of arbitration. Since transitioning to private practice, Ms. Mu has focused on dispute resolution in major commercial cases, with particular expertise in handling complex and challenging disputes involving financial asset management, corporate equity, and guarantees. Her client base includes banks, trust companies, financial leasing companies, asset management companies, fund investment companies, and guarantee companies. Leveraging her profound experience and mastery of judicial practices, she excels at objectively analyzing litigation risks, accurately predicting case trajectories, and resolving intricate legal issues to provide clients with effective dispute resolution strategies. Over the past three years, the total value of cases she has represented has exceeded RMB 10 billion.
