Ms. Mu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the National School of Development at Peking University. She previously served in the civil and commercial trial division of the Beijing Intermediate People's Court, where she presided over or participated in cases covering finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, equity, financial leasing, commercial sales, and judicial review of arbitration. Since transitioning to private practice, Ms. Mu has focused on dispute resolution in major commercial cases, with particular expertise in handling complex and challenging disputes involving financial asset management, corporate equity, and guarantees.
