Ms. Qian Shen is a dual-qualified legal and accounting professional, admitted as a lawyer in China and as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Ms. Shen specializes in international construction and engineering, arbitration, and international trade, with a strong focus on cross-border dispute resolution. She regularly advocates for clients before leading domestic and international arbitral institutions, including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC), and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Her practice further covers the provision of legal services for international construction projects and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, with experience spanning jurisdictions such as Kuwait, the United States, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Cambodia, and Pakistan.

Represented clients in a number of high-value cross-border disputes before leading arbitral institutions, including HKIAC, SIAC, BIAC and CIETAC, successfully safeguarding clients' key commercial interests. Led legal teams in handling complex disputes arising from cross-border construction engineering and international trade sectors, including matters relating to cross-border project contracting, trade remedy measures and compliance risk management, and successfully resolved disputes involving multi-jurisdictional legal issues. Provided professional legal support for major Belt and Road Initiative related projects, effectively managing legal risks in project implementation and cross-border transactions.
