Career

Ms. Ma Zhe is an executive partner at Grandway Law Offices. She joined Grandway in 2003, and since then she has been engaged in corporate and securities law. Ms. Ma served as a committee member at the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Review Board for the Offering of Equities at the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Ms. Ma has a high theoretical level and rich practical experience. During her career, she has practiced in the following areas: IPOs, merger and reorganization, refinancing, foreign investment, equity incentive of listed companies and asset securitization, etc. Her business types include A-share, H-share, enterprise bonds, corporate bonds, etc. She has made remarkable achievements in the business as mentioned above. In particular, she conducted in-depth research and has accumulated rich practical experience in the issuance and listing of Taiwan-funded enterprises and the media industry’s legal business and the consumer goods industry. With her extensive practice experience and high awareness of risk control, Ms. Ma is now the internal audit committee member of securities legal business at Grandway, as well as the internal audit committee member of Northeast Securities and other well-known domestic securities companies.
