Career

Zang Xin graduated with LLB and LLM in Economic Law from the Law School of Peking University. Since his graduation, he has been practicing as a full-time lawyer at Grandway, with the main practice areas of corporate and securities law.

Through years of experience in securities law practice, Mr. Zang has been entrusted by dozens of clients with the tasks to undertake IPOs, M&A and restructuring and refinancing projects, and he has made remarkable achievements in such fields as securities issuance, investment, M&A and equity incentive. His clients cover a wide range of industries such as science and technology, culture, environmental protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, consumer, automotive, new energy, new materials, equipment manufacturing, etc. His practice scope covers A Shares, H Shares, GDR, etc. With rich practice experiences and great risk control capability, Zang Xin currently serves as a core convener of the securities law practice at Grandway and a member of internal verification at several securities companies. He has also been employed by the SSE Training Center for Entrepreneurial Enterprises as an external expert to give lectures to the companies to be listed.
