Career

Mr. Zhou Tao serves as a partner and convenor of the internal control committee at Grandway Law Offices. After graduating from Peking University, he has been deeply engaged in the fields of securities and capital markets, M&A, and investment and finance for nearly 20 years. Throughout his legal practice, Mr. Zhou has led and participated in IPOs, refinancing, M&A, restructuring, and asset-backed securitization. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in a variety of legal fields, including FMCG, healthcare and pharmaceutical, high-tech and AI, new energy, semiconductor, new material, special equipment manufacturing, urban planning and design, Internet, and other industries.

Zhou is not only proficient in a range of capital market financing instruments but also places great emphasis on approaching complex projects with a dual perspective of law and business, flexibly resolving challenging legal issues.
