Mr. Zhu Rui is a Ph. D. candidate in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and specializes in Financial Law. He is a member of the executive committee and the managing partner of Shanghai Grandway Law Offices.

Mr. Zhu Rui concurrently served as an Evaluation Expert for major projects of the Shanghai’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; vice president of Shenzhen Legal and Culture Society; member of the First Professional Committee of STAR Market of the Shanghai Bar Association; supervisor for Master degree from Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics; independent director of several listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges; he was also invited to participate in discussion on a number of legislative subjects of such institutions as the Ministry of Finance, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shanghai’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
