Mr. Xie Gang is an executive partner of Grandway Law Offices and also serves as an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission(BAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center(SHIAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC). Additionally, he is an off-campus mentor for the Master of Law program at Peking University Law School. In his over 20 years of career, Mr. Xie Gang has always focused on providing professional legal services to the world’s top multinational companies, blue chip enterprises and financial institutions. His expertise covers the handling and resolution of major legal businesses such as commercial contracts, securities compliance, investment and financing, company listing, merger and reorganization of enterprises, and product liability.
