1. Representing Shanghai Jinshan Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. in its joint venture project with relevant foreign investors with respect to the development and construction of Shanghai Legoland Park Project.

2. Representing Shanghai Real Estate Sanlin Binjiang Ecological Development Co., lTd in its transfer of Sanlin wedge-shaped Greenland project with a price over RMB 10 billion.

3. Assisting the joint ventures under China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Citic Pacific in issuing RMB5.4 billion (USD74 million) worth of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)successfully.This is the first central state-owned enterprise CMBS to be issued and where neither the issuers nor their shareholders are involved in the credit enhancement instrument.

4. Representing PINGAN Trust in its equity acquisition of Shanghai Hongqiao Sincere Center business projects.

5. Representing CITIC Goldstone Fund Management Co., LTd. In its asset acquisition of Wuhan New World Center.
